Terms of Service

Effective date: August 2026

Legal entity: BIZWARDBOX LTD, company number 17404140, trading as BizwardBox. Contact: legal@bizwardbox.co.uk

1.About BizwardBox

BizwardBox provides a virtual digital team for sole traders and small businesses. Services may include AI-assisted business management, websites, SEO, social media, lead generation, CRM, marketing automation, virtual reception, reputation management, reporting, integrations and human specialist services.

2.Agreement

By subscribing to, accessing or using BizwardBox, the customer ('Customer', 'you' or 'your') agrees to these Terms. Orders, proposals and statements of work may contain additional terms.

3.Packages and Services

Current subscription packages are Starter (£99/month), Growth (£199/month) and Business (£299/month), together with separately quoted human specialist services. Features, usage limits and integrations may vary by package.

AI outputs depend on underlying technology and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. BizwardBox does not guarantee that every automated output is correct or error-free.

4.Human-in-the-Loop

BizwardBox combines automation with human intervention. Certain consequential actions may require customer approval or review by a human specialist. The Customer remains responsible for reviewing material communications, offers, claims, advertising spend and business information unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5.Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful business information.
  • Have the necessary rights and lawful bases for personal data, marketing lists, images and content supplied to BizwardBox.
  • Review prices, promotions, claims and customer communications before approval where required.
  • Do not use BizwardBox for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or malicious activity.
  • Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access.

6.Lead Generation and Marketing

BizwardBox may provide prospecting, lead generation, email, SMS, social media and other marketing functions. Results are not guaranteed. The Customer is responsible for lawful use of contact lists, marketing messages, consent, targeting and campaigns, including compliance with applicable UK data-protection, electronic marketing, advertising and consumer-protection requirements.

7.AI Outputs and Commercial Results

AI-generated content is assistance, not professional advice. Customers must review outputs where accuracy, legality, reputation or financial impact matters. BizwardBox does not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, bookings, revenue, advertising performance or other commercial outcomes.

8.Third-Party Services

BizwardBox may integrate with AI providers, CRM, payments, communications, analytics, social networks, search platforms, website systems and other third parties. Third-party terms may apply and availability is outside BizwardBox's complete control.

9.Data Protection

Where BizwardBox processes Customer personal data on the Customer's documented instructions, BizwardBox will generally act as a processor. BizwardBox may separately act as a controller for its own account administration, billing, security, legal compliance, service analytics and marketing. The Data Processing Addendum applies where relevant.

10.UK Data Residency

BizwardBox's policy is to keep core Customer Data and production application data within the United Kingdom where the selected infrastructure supports this. BizwardBox will not intentionally transfer Customer Data outside the UK except where necessary for an approved service and where the transfer is lawful under applicable UK data-transfer rules.

Because BizwardBox may depend on third-party AI, communications and software providers, '100% UK processing' should not be advertised unless each relevant provider and service configuration has been verified. The current sub-processor register will identify relevant processing locations and transfer safeguards.

11.Security

BizwardBox will maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the nature and risk of processing, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, backups, logging, monitoring and incident response.

12.Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Setup, usage or human specialist services may be charged separately. VAT will be applied where required. Failed payments may result in suspension after reasonable notice.

13.Cancellation and Termination

Unless a different minimum term is agreed, monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual or fixed-term orders follow their agreed terms. BizwardBox may suspend or terminate for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, security risk or legal/operational necessity.

14.Data on Termination

Subject to law and Customer instructions, BizwardBox will provide reasonable access to Customer Data for export following termination and then delete or anonymise it under its retention policy, except where retention is legally required or necessary for claims.

15.Intellectual Property

BizwardBox retains ownership of its platform, software, agents, workflows, templates, orchestration logic and underlying technology. The Customer retains ownership of Customer Data and Customer-provided materials. Subject to payment and the applicable order, the Customer receives the rights necessary to use bespoke deliverables.

16.Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the agreement, subject to lawful disclosure.

17.Liability

BizwardBox will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, BizwardBox does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or particular commercial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a subscription will be limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law and any agreed variation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18.Acceptable Use and Suspension

BizwardBox may suspend or restrict functionality to protect the platform, prevent abuse, address security incidents or comply with law.

19.Changes

BizwardBox may update these Terms to reflect service, technology or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where appropriate.

20.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law.
